The best service that can be provided to my clients is putting my clients first. In order to put my clients first, it is critical for me to be easily accessible, an effective communicator, a good listener, and responding to my clients needs as efficiently as possible.

Putting my clients first has always been my strategy for creating, developing, and maintaining long-lasting and trusting relationships with my clients. Being technologically savvy is another asset to have as searches, services and listings can be performed much more efficiently, quickly and effectively.


I received my BSBA from the University of Florida with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.    I have a varied business background, and have been self-employed since 1987.  Over the years I have been involved in Real Estate (licensed for over 30 years), Insurance, Publishing, and the Music/Entertainment business.  My varied background allows me to look at opportunities from both a logical/quantitative viewpoint, as well as, a creative one.  As a Registered Financial Consultant and a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), I feel an obligation for my clients to understand the implications of their financial decisions whether they are buying a primary residence, or an investment property. My wife and I have had a summer home in Highlands for nearly 25 years, and have been year round residents for the last 6 years.
